Went there today, and if I had to rate it between 1 and 5 I would give it a big fat zero. Took at least 10 min to get someone to take drink order and then she barely set it on the table before going to the table that just came in. She took not only there drink order but food as well. She then walked past our table to place there order. After delivering there drinks, she came to our table and ask if we were ready to order. My husband told her we were ready to order when she sat our drinks down. She just giggled and asked what we wanted. We gave our order and she left, came back and said with a attitude

Recently ate at Jim Bob's in Joplin. Had ate there many times with excellent food and service. Not this time. Started bad with the salad being saturated with so much dressing, it was not edible. When my meal was served, it came with only the meat. I was told the baked potatoes were not put in to cook guick enough, and they were not done. The potato would come out later. I ate a small amount of the meat, but kept waiting on the baked potato. When it arrived, the meat had gone cold, and the potato was under cooked. The waitress knew I was upset and did nothing to right the situation. She never offered to refill our drinks. I was shocked that I was charged for the food, the way it was served. My husband said something as we were leaving. At that point, the experience became worse. An older woman, who said she was one of the managers became very rude and defensive. She took the no care attitude that I was leaving unhappy and also hungry. I was told that they can not accomodate everyone. I asked to speak with the owner, her rudeness was unbelievable. I was told he was in the kitchen and too busy. I told her I could tell she really didn't care that I was leaving unhappy, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I have witnessed this same manager being rude to an older couple when they asked for a different place to be seated. This type of attitude and treatment is unexceptible in business.
