Now I feel stupid. That's calered it up for me

In answer to the folks that went to Russillos resturant and had bad service and no silverware, please look at the date as it is about the time that Brandon Russell was closing the place and probable did not have any food to service you with, The new management is outstanding and we have met the owners on many trips to the resturant. They both are great people and meet and greet you every time, outstanding food and Mikes spaghetti sauce is the best. If you can beat the gelato let us know as we would like to try it.

If you had a bad time at Russillos it must have been the bad time of the month for you. they have the best staff and customer relations in the yakima Valley. Their food is the best and we have been a steady customer at least (2) times a week since they have opened. Those of you who protected Brandon russell must be in the same group that he is with his drug problem. Go have the best food in Yakima and give this new ownership a thanks for bringing Russillos back.

The best pasta on the planet. Mike's meat sauce is to die for. Everything is better than the old restaurant. The pizza, pasta and sandwiches and the gelato. You people loyal to the Russell's need to get over it. They were crooks who failed at running a restaurant, Mike and Lonnie are doing things the right way.

I've been there six times since they opened. Great customer service and the pasta is as authentic as it gets. I've know Mike for twenty years and I will defend him. Smell like alchohol...what a joke! I know Lisa Russell has been trying to spread the lie that Mike is an alchoholic. That is not true..the guy hardly drinks. Its funny that the wife of a drug addict convicted felon who embezzled money from the old restaurant would make up stuff about Mike. Mike's reputation will carry him.

The pasta totally sucks now, and Mike smells like alcohol every time we go in, he's the biggest joke in town. Until he screws up the pizza, though, we'll keep coming back. We're there 2-3 times a month, the place is absolutely beautiful.

Bad customer service. Not a chance, in our four visits the service was amazing. You just must have caught them on a bad night. I highly recomend
this place to anyone. Most authentice pizza ..pasta and gelato around.

I've now visited the new Russillo's a half dozen times. The food and the service is better than ever. Just last month they revised the menu and cut
some prices. The new owner is always there, unlike the old owner who ran
the place into the ground. By far the best pizza and pasta in Yakima.

BAD customer service.

Russillos Pizza was less than a quarter full. Our party of ten arrive at 545 PM with reservations, our table had no silverware. The waitress only brought water for half the table. When the food finally arrived at 710 PM we still did not have silverware. After asking for it several times some of the people in our group raided other tables. Again we were told he was getting our silverware. By the time we got the silverware the food was cold. Those of us who did not get water never got any even after asking for it. To add insult to this injury there was a 18% tip included in the bill. So is the attitude I am getting 18% no matter how bad I am. We will not go back. I am going to be sure this dissatisfied customer lets more than 20 people know what kind of service they can expect from Russillos Pizza.
